Special Rebate for Congress + Workshop Registration
We are pleased to inform that delegates who register for any of the workshops in conjunction with the main congress will be entitled to a cash rebate of RM100 (Local) / USD50 (International). This benefit has been made possible through the valued support of our industry partners, for which we express our sincere appreciation
To claim the rebate, please present proof of payment for both the workshop and main congress at the registration counter on 18 October 2025.

All payments made via Debit/Credit Card (powered by Stripe) or Bank Transfer will be processed and received by the AFE bank account on behalf of MUGIS.
Name Change / Substitution
All registrations are only valid for the registered person. A registered delegate who is unable to attend the congress may nominate (free of charge) a substitute delegate by notifying the Congress Secretariat in writing before 30 September 2025 with complete information as required in the online registration form.
Cancellation and refund policy
All cancellation requests for delegates who have registered for MUGIS/USAN 2025 must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat at congress@mugis.org.my.
All cancellation requests will be handled on a discretionary basis. Upon acceptance of the cancellation, refunds are applicable according to the following timeline:
- Cancellation received ON or BEFORE 31 August 2025:
- Refund of 50% the registration fee minus an administrative charge of the paid amount.
- Cancellation received AFTER 1 September 2025 or NO SHOW:
- NO refund will be made. Requests may opt to substitute another delegate.
- Refunds for registration fees will be processed after the conclusion of MUGIS/USAN 2025.
- Confirmed refunds will be issued after the congress, via bank transfer or credit card, according to your initial payment method.
- Participants are responsible for any bank services charges / convenience fee / administration fees / Taxes associated with the refund process.
Disclaimer
- The organiser reserves the right to alter the programme without notice including the substitution, alteration and cancellation of speakers and/or topics and/or the alteration of the dates of the event.
- The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event.
- In the event of insufficient participation, the organiser reserves the right to cancel any of the conferences or seminars advertised above. Participants who have paid up will be refunded in full after event.
Photo Release Policy
By registering for the congress, you agree to the congress photo/video release policy. This policy allows the congress photographer, videographer, and invited media contacts to take photos or videos of the participants during the meeting. The footage may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials related to the meeting.
