Ng Chong Beng Malaysia

Dr. Ng Chong Beng is a Consultant General, Upper Gastrointestinal and Bariatric Surgeon at Island Hospital Penang. He completed his specialist training in General and Upper GI Surgery in Malaysia, followed by fellowships in Esophagogastric Cancer Surgery in Taiwan and United Kingdom. Formerly an Upper GI consultant at Institut Kanser Negara Putrajaya, he specialises in upper gastrointestinal and minimally invasive surgery. His clinical interests include gastric and oesophageal cancers, functional GI diseases, endoscopy, bariatric surgery and clinical nutrition.
