Su Hlaing Phyo Myanmar

Dr. Su Hlaing Phyo is a general surgeon specializing in upper gastrointestinal (GI) surgery. She currently works at New Yangon General Hospital and serves as a Lecturer/ consultant Surgeon in the Department of Surgery, University of Medicine 1, Yangon. She is a Doctorate student focusing her research on reconstruction techniques after distal gastrectomy in gastric cancer. Dr. Phyo is also an active member of the Myanmar Gastroenterologic Surgical Society (MGESS), contributing to academic collaboration and clinical advancement in GI surgery. Her work combines clinical practice, surgical education, and research aimed at improving patient outcomes in upper GI procedures.
