Su Yamin Myanmar

I am a 37-year-old Consultant Surgeon working at Yangon General Hospital, Myanmar, with over a decade of clinical and academic experience. I earned my M.B.,B.S.(bachelor degree)in 2011, M.Med.Sc. (Surgery) (Master degree)in 2019, MRCS (Edinburgh) in 2020, and Doctorate in Medical Science (General Surgery) in 2024. My surgical expertise spans various specialties, with a special interest on upper gastrointestinal tract surgery. I have served in multiple roles, from house officer to first assistant surgeon, and now work as a consultant. My academic work includes a research on clinical study of diabetic foot and a doctoral thesis on partial stomach partitioning gastrojejunostomy for advanced gastric cancer with gastric outlet obstruction. I am an active member of Myanmar Medical Association, Myanmar Surgical Society, Endoscopic Surgical Society, and Myanmar Gastroenterologic Surgical Society.
